Check payment is due within five (5) days of your registration date. If the check payment is not received within five (5) days, your registration is subject to cancellation.

Upon submitting your completed online registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide.

A $300.00 administrative fee* will be applied if you cancel your registration on or before October 14, 2011. Should you need to cancel your UGM registration, please go online and enter your meeting number and cancel your registration. Cancellations received after October 14, 2011, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of all fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If re-registering, the current registration fee will apply.

*Please note – all but a $300.00 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.

A $150.00 administrative fee will be charged for all name changes.

Name changes must be received in writing and must be sent to ugm@nextgen.com. The administration fee will apply each time a registration is changed.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all meeting functions. The climate in the meeting space is centrally controlled; therefore, a light jacket or sweater is recommended. Casual attire is appropriate for the Tuesday evening Client Event.

When planning your wardrobe, please keep in mind that November temperatures in Las Vegas, NV, can range from daytime highs in the upper 60s to evening lows in the lower 40s.
