The discounted group rate is only available through NextGen. Hotel accommodations cannot be secured without a valid credit card.

Hotel accommodations are the financial responsibility of each registrant and are not included in the registration fee.

Special room requests, such as adjoining rooms, smoking rooms, room type, and suite upgrades, are subject to availability and must be requested online when registering in the special requests section. All requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There will be an additional $30.00 charge per person, per night, for each guest eighteen (18) years and older over double occupancy—with a maximum allowance of four (4) guests per room.

Hotel confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provide during registration, approximately (72) seventy-two business hours after the date of your registration. To ensure you receive important registration emails please add ugm@nextgen.com to your safe senders list.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be asked to present a valid credit card. At check-out, all room, tax, and incidental charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided. If you choose to use a credit card that is not your own, prior to arriving at the hotel, please be sure to fax a completed credit card authorization form to the hotel. You may download the authorization form by clicking below.

Changes may be made online by going to www.nextgenugm.com and going to the Registration Page. Hit the Register Now button and select "Already Registered" - enter your meeting confirmation number found on your registration confirmation page. Click the "My Travel Page" and then the "Travel Request" Tab to change your arrival or departure date, or to cancel your room. Please print a new confirmation page after making changes.

Room reservations that are not guaranteed with a valid credit card will not be honored by the hotel. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the individual credit card provided at the time of registration will be billed for appropriate charges. You may cancel your reservations up to forty-eight hours (48) in advance of the confirmed arrival date without penalty. Cancellations within forty-eight hours (48) of arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax charge. If you need to cancel your reservation, please go online and enter your meeting confirmation number, and click on the "My Travel Page" to cancel your room.
